What Is Chemical Overhaul?
A chemical overhaul is a deep cleaning process for your aircon. It’s more thorough than normal or chemical servicing. We recommend it when your unit has serious issues like weak cooling, leaking water, or heavy dirt build-up.
What Does a Chemical Overhaul Involve?
We dismantle the entire indoor fan coil unit and clean each part using chemical solution. This removes dirt, mould, and clogs that normal servicing cannot reach.
Steps include:

Removing and washing the fan coil, blower, and drain tray

Chemical cleaning of coil, filter, and fan blade

Flushing the drainage pipe

Checking refrigerant gas pressure

Reassembling and testing the unit
When Do You Need a Chemical Overhaul?
You should do a chemical overhaul if:

Your aircon is not cold even after servicing

Water is leaking from the unit

There’s a musty or damp smell

The unit is noisy or airflow is weak

It hasn’t been cleaned in over a year
